For your convenience, WVBEC accepts credit card payments for all fees associated with licensure.
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted!
Please note, by making a credit card payment you are NOT placing an order for the item, i.e. Application CD or LPC license verification. This method of payment does NOT function as a 'shopping cart'. WVBEC staff requires confirmation of your online payment, therefore, after you have made your online payment,
YOU MUST DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING;
1) Provide your email address as part of the credit card transaction. You will then receive an email of payment confirmation. Forward this email/receipt of payment to RCLAY27@MSN.COM.
Please provide the purpose of payment in your email.
(e.g. License verification requests or requests for application packet/CD, etc.)
-OR-
2) When submitting applications/materials to the board that require snail mailing your paperwork,
please print your receipt of online payment and include it with your mailing to the board.
(e.g. Initial Application for Licensure, License Renewal Applications, etc.)
In these cases, please do not email the receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO NEW APPLICANTS FOR LPC:
Each application filed on or after July 1, 2010 will be subject to the $200.00 application fee
regardless of when the application was requested.
