Renewal Forms for the June 2007 cycle were mailed on January 18, 2007. If you did not receive a copy, you may print one (Forms 2007) at this site. All Licensed Professional Counselor's licenses expire June 30, every odd-numbered year. To renew a license, a Licensed Professional Counselor must submit an application for renewal to the board office on forms (2007)prepared by the board and pay a renewal fee as established by the Board. The current renewal fee is $150.00. Each application to renew a license shall be accompanied by evidence of continued professional development in the practice of counseling as determined by the legislative rule, License Renewal and Continuing Professional Educational Requirements, Series 3. Any license which is not so renewed shall automatically lapse. Any license which has lapsed may be renewed within two years of its expiration date by submitting the appropriate application, fee, and evidence of the required continuing education to the board office. If the licensee's expiration date is two years and one day old, the individual must reapply as a new applicant for LPC. |
