Current Renewal Cycle If you need a copy of the 2005-2007 Renewal Forms, you will need to print a copy of all three of the items below. You will need to have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader 5 installed on your computer to print the items. 1. Instructions for 2005-2007 renewal 2. Renewal 2005-2007 Application 3. 2005-2007 Renewal Recording Form 4. Recording form in Microsoft Word Previous Renewal Cycle - If you did not renew your license on June 30, 2005, you will need to complete this renewal application and have it approved prior to completing the 2007 renewal application.
